Annmarie has over 20 years of experience in legal-support services with a focus on banking, corporate law and commercial real estate. In 2005, she joined a mid-sized law firm assisting attorney Brenda Yurick, deepening her knowledge of corporate law and the commercial real estate business. She possesses strong organizational skills, is an effective planner, and is able to identify, coordinate, and optimize resources with an eye toward reaching the intended goal. As Project Manager, Annmarie focuses on project specific research, preparing franchise applications and coordinating senior-financing due diligence.

Annmarie joined DOC in August 2006 to serve as the general administrator of the Pittsburgh office and to provide legal support to Brenda Yurick, now DOC’s General Counsel. In addition to holding a Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent license, Annmarie earned an ABA-accredited paralegal certificate summa cum laude.
